Whoever was running the window when I went last could definitely use more customer service training. They couldn't explain the difference between two meal options (perhaps they were new) but then when I pulled up to said window, the only greeting I got was a scowl. No hi/hello or how much and no thank you. Among the worst customer service experiences I've had in this country. Food is great though.
Came here feeling a late night snack and ordered a large variety of items. Haven’t been to a Wendy’s in a long time, but the food hasn’t changed in the past 20 years. This location is about as good as any other if you ask me though it was nice with how many items I ordered that my bag had everything in it properly. The food here is pretty standard Wendy's quality there's nothing out of the ordinary and so far I haven't had my order wrong.
The staff here is incredibly friendly and willing to help however they are rather slow. I would not exactly call this Wendy's fast nor fast food.
