“Whenever we go up to Chattanooga for the weekend from Atlanta we always stop in at J Mac’s. It’s got this cool retro mid-century modern vibe and has all these sofa and chair configurations so you can hang with friends and feel like you’re in someone’s den. The wine is very good and the owner, John, is just a great easy-going guy who knows a lot about wine.“

“This place is taked away. But I love cute, cozy places, good music atmosphere. I could have just drifted away all night here. The drinks were awesome. I didn't eat here. I had already eaten. This place is great for after a meal or before a meal. Have a drink and relax to some good music. Bartender was nice it was the ending of my birthday, so we got a shot on the house. Loved it!!“

“To start we went on. Saturday night and sat upstairs and really enjoyed the live music. The service was just a little slow but not bad and our waitress did have a large party so I’m not complaining. The atmosphere was quite enjoyable and staff very friendly. For the month of February they were having a tour or Italy for two special for $37. It was a good deal. The breadsticks were good and homemade. The salads were salads nothing amazing but good. All of the food on the tour of Italy was really good and we enjoyed it. It’s all covered in red sauce and cheese so it was hard to tell what was what without getting into it. I also wish they offered fresh Parmesan not just the grated shakers common at pizza stores. I’d also recommend asking for a side balsamic vinaigrette dressing to add to the oil for the breadsticks. I would recommend this place, we had a great date night. One complaint or suggestion to the restaurant,get rid of the advertisements in the menu, it’s tacky and distracting. No one is eating there because they are hoping to find a lawyer or cleaning service, the restaurant should be enough without selling menu space, it’s very 90’s and off putting and unromantic. It’s a terrible idea and I hope you consider removing it, it would be much classier.“

“Firebirds Wood Fired Grill has become a favorite dining facility for my wife and me. The atmosphere of the bar and restaurant areas is pleasant and welcoming. The staff is always friendly and makes you feel valued as a customer. The menu options are varied and meet key food items across the board from great steaks to seafood with great sides, salads and soups. All in all, Firebirds is a great value for the dollars spent and management strives to ensure you will have a pleasant experience.“

“I literally cannot say enough amazing things about this place. My dad and I tried it for the first time Sunday and he thought it would be the perfect place to take my mom for her birthday Thursday. She absolutely loved the esthetic, the incredible service, and I lost count of how many times they both said how phenomenal the food was! The suggestions from our waitress both Sunday and yesterday were PERFECT. They went above and beyond in ways I’ve never seen at any dining establishment to accommodate my mom being a vegan, even going so far as to make her her own vegan desert for her birthday so she did not have to sit there without anything while my father and I ate our selections. We love this place so much that I am literally taking my brother for his birthday TOMORROW lol. A THOUSAND STARS!!!“

“Had my daughter’s wedding shower at Canopy this past weekend . I could not ask for a better place . I highly recommend you to use this for a shower or special event . Everyone was so nice so helpful. The place is so cute and perfect for this occasion. Last but not least the best mimosas we have ever had.10 out of 10 for sure. Thank you for everything you did .“

“Wonderful local restaurant. Staff is friendly and welcoming making the service top notch. Food is excellent, and the Catfish is some of the best I've had. Lemon pasta with shrimp is also one of my favorites. Dog friendly patio, and games on the TV but with the sound off making it comfortable for conversation and a pleasant meal.“
