Always friendly service and great quality food. A great local spot to have in town and love to go to civil for everything from birthdays to grabbing take out. Also always grab a cheesecake!!
Super cool place on Signal Mountain. The place was pretty empty when we went so we got a seat wherever we wanted. The vibe of the place was neat. We went during lunch hours and both loved our food. Meatball sub and then a Chicken caprese on sourdough. Both were delicious. Portions very large. At lunch drink is included so thought value was great.
We love the staff here and the food is great too! Put this place on your Chattanooga must eat list…And ask for Abbie!

Civil Provisions and Bar is a well-designed restaurant that offers a convenient location and delectable food. The pizza and mozzarella sticks are standouts, and it's a great option for families due to the pizza selection. While some may find the prices, especially for the salads with added protein, to be on the higher side, the food is visually appealing and the service is praised as friendly and engaging. The restaurant has a nice eating area, and the manager, Travis, is known for making guests feel welcome and appreciated. Customers have enjoyed a variety of dishes, including the whipped feta hot honey appetizer, calamari, fettuccine Alfredo (both vegetarian and with chicken), and the Civil Burger, which is described as absolutely delicious. The Civil Old Fashioned cocktail is also a highlight. Overall, Civil Provisions and Bar provides a fantastic dining experience with great food and service.
