Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Just had an order delivered and not very happy. There wasn’t any sauces in the bag, and a few of the drinks wasn’t the right size after paying for the upgrade. I guess yall don’t care if the order is correct since it’s being delivered. Take pride in your work! Your customers are spending a lot of money just to not have their order correct and missing out on the sauces! Do better!!

Edited to add: I can’t respond to your reply bc I no longer have that information as it’s been a while since I had placed the order. The receipt information was on the bag and the bag has been thrown away! I added my order this edit! It was total of 5 plates and we didn’t have sauce with any of them.

Place my order had the blue salad,wings and things and pickles and egg rolls ask for 2 ranch and 2 blue cheese neither was in my bag asked for ranch for my pickles not in there ..Not cool don't understand this Zaxby's dissapponted because I drove home without checking and was not there.....

Old store - still the old store format. Just sat in the drive through line with no movement for 10 minutes at 8:30p. It’s really obvious service isn’t a priority at this location and this owner doesn’t care for the customer

I got a fajita quesadilla and they made it quick but it was falling apart because it barely had cheese in it. The two pieces I ate because I was hungry had too much ranch in it and it was the saltiest thing I ever ate.
