Go here quite a bit but tonight the French fries that I got were awful!!! They were cold and hard and tasted like paper! Not fresh at all!

This Zaxby's location is pretty run down. Bathroom was dirty, paper towel dispenser didn't work. Restaurant overall was pretty unclean. Food was mediocre, definitely not a place you'd eat at unless you are on lunch break and don't have any other choice. The people working there were nice, doing their best with what they've got, though it felt like the owner is absent.

Always Great Service and Food

Worst Zaxby's of all time. 10/14/24 1:45pm. If work would've allowed me a second lunch I would have came back for a refund. Food was burnt to a crisp and cold as ice. I mean I truly don't understand who looked at it and served it. Lazy people. Do not go to this zaxbys it's not even edible. Do better, bums.

Amazing food! Amazing service! The manager lady went above and beyond when I asked for an extra spicy Zax sauce. She even went out of her way to give me this fancy sauce holder that slides into your vent. Will definitely be coming back!

We ordered in the drive through for a late dinner. Once we got home and opened the bag we were missing an entire kids meal and our cheddar were so burnt and hard they were inedible. For how expensive it is you’d expect better. This is not the first time we’ve had issues either.

Ordered food at 717 PM (DoorDash) after waiting at the restaurant for 45 minutes, our driver gave up and left (understandably). It’s now 812 PM and our food is still not ready. Cannot tell you anything about the food since we still do not have any (on a school night when our kids go to bed at 830). #fastfood??
