Arby's is a popular fast-food restaurant known for its consistent quality and diverse menu. The fish sandwich, a customer favorite, is back and as delightful as ever, although service may be a bit slower during the Lenten season. The restaurant's staff, especially the assistant manager or manager, is praised for their friendly and helpful customer service.
While the food is generally considered better than some other fast-food options like McDonald's or Wendy's, some customers have noted that service can take longer than expected. The curly fries are often highlighted as the best part of the menu, and the pricing is seen as fair compared to other fast-food places. Customers also mention that, despite occasional minor issues like cold fries or plain seasoning, they are happy to return and try different items.
Some reviews mention that the music played in the restaurant, specifically "crude rap," can be offensive and unsuitable for dining. Additionally, many customers miss the potato cakes, which used to be a popular addition to their meals. Overall, Arby's remains a reliable choice for those seeking a satisfying meal with friendly service.
