Let me know 40 minutes before my tee time that they were closed.
I played in the CGA Bud Light 2 Man scramble this year which was held at the River Club and Swan Lake. The cost to enter the tournament was $250/team, and we were told when we arrived that we needed to check in and pay for a golf cart. My partner and I brought a golf cart so when we checked in we told them we brought our own cart. The staff told us that we still had to pay $23 each to use their golf cart, even if we didn’t use it.
