The food was great as my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. We found the restaurant by accident and went in search of seafood until we saw the Asian section. I ordered the Hot and Spicy beef, it was the best I’ve ever had. However we will be returning because of Cece Manuela. The excellence she brought to our service was awesome. She was so kind, thoughtful and took great care to provide a great night for us!!!
We so enjoyed our dining experience at Harbor Cafe last week. The General Tso chicken I ordered was delicious! Cece was very helpful and delightful as she answered our questions. We will be returning!
we drove from Madisonville to try this place out for my birthday. it was well worth the drive. The wide variety of food was amazing. our waitress was the best. What I presume is the owners were friendly and interactive. They sung to me for my birthday. the food was SO good, the drinks were fun.. I feel like this establishment is definitely an experience. we will be back!
