I’ve got to give the folks at Starbucks a hand today! They are always fabulous and friendly but today, being Christmas Eve, they were slammed! As I waited for my coffee, I watched them greet customers, answer questions, and Melissa especially was great at letting us all know whose drink she was on and whose names were next on the print out machine. It would have been really easy for them to be stressed out and show it but they were peppy, upbeat and awesome. ❤️ this Starbucks!
