Sweet P’s Southern Style Cooking was absolutely delicious! The food was hot, fresh, and full of homemade flavor. The restaurant was very clean, and the owner and her daughter were extremely friendly and welcoming. You can really tell they care about their customers and the quality of their food. I definitely recommend Sweet P’s to anyone looking for amazing Southern home-style cooking, and I will definitely be back!
It was serendipity that we found this hidden gem of a restaurant in Clarksville, Tennessee! We were traveling thru and stopped for a late lunch. You simply must get the fried chicken hand dropped to order. We loved our sides of okra, turnip greens, and mashed potatoes with brown or peppery white gravy. The service was great and the owner came out and sat a spell to chat. Worth a drive off the beaten path!

The food for catering events is beyond expectation, with outstanding quality and down-home attitude. The fried chicken is worth the wait, paired perfectly with turnip greens and mac & cheese. The warm fresh biscuits are a must-try, and the Tater Tots are delicious without a hint of grease. The eggs and grits are perfect, and the portions are just right for the price. The young ladies at the door are friendly, and the meatloaf is good, with great green beans and Mac n cheese that has good flavor. Biscuits, pancakes, and french toast are all good and what you would want at a southern breakfast place. The staff is extremely friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Sweet P's Southern Style remains a top choice.
