1000 Degrees Pizza Salad Wings

This place claims to offer dairy free accommodations for those with allergies, however, upon arriving to the restaurant we came to the realization that the staff of this restaurant do not speak enough english to even tell you whether or not their crust has dairy. All they would do was point at a sign for cauliflower crust, and were very dismissive of any questions we had. They made a very fatal error somewhere along the way, which almost landed me in the hospital. While I understand that those of us with allergies are responsible for ourselves, this restaurant claims to have dairy free accommodations and they clearly do not. For nearly fifty dollars for two small pizzas. I expected to at the very least not nearly die. Do better.

I was traveling through and this place was recommended to me. I walked in and the lady trying to take my order couldn’t understand me She couldn’t speak or understand English. I was about to walk out when someone came from the back to translate my order to her. I really wanted to like the food. The pizza sauce was way too sweet. It was mediocre at best

Slow customer service, rude, barely any people in there they’re rushing for what? No clue. Never going back. Very hateful everytime I go in everyone is hateful in a hurry and stand there like you never even walked in. Did not tip and will go to papa John’s next time.

I’ve ordered from here before online and there neoplitan pizza was good. The problem is when you go inside of the restaurant. The staff do not fully speak English so it is very hard to communicate with them. I walked in and asked if I could order a 10” neopolitan pizza. The employee started asking me how to make a neopolitan pizza. I didn’t realize I had to explain to them how to make something off of their menu. I tried my best to communicate with the employee but I just don’t think she understood what I was saying. Overall okay to order online but don’t go in person.

This used to be our favorite pizza place. Unfortunately, the app and online ordering has been faulty for a while, but they seem to have no interest in fixing it. If you order online or in the app, you ONLY have a selection of the 10" cauliflower crust, which costs $3 more. Even if you explain in the order notes that you want the neapolitan or roman crust, you're being charged $3 more per pizza. And, when you use the app or website, even for carryout, the taxes and fees are very high—14.75%. To put it in perspective, around the corner at Chick-fil-A, tax on a carryout order is 9.8%. When I called the store to explain how the app and website only offer cauliflower crust, the clerk told me he doesn't know anything about it and did nothing to assist. When I emailed the store manager to explain the problem with the crust on the app and website, he replied that they don't control the menu prices. I wasn't writing about the menu prices, I was letting him know that the online ordering system is broken and forcing us to select only the cauliflower crust. At this point, it feels like it's all just a scam with this location. The crust glitch is not a problem at their other locations in the app or on their respective websites.

The food and service are good, but every table needed to be cleaned. There was food residue on all of them. The men’s toilet was in dire need of being cleaned.

Not worth the money. The crust is essentially the kind you can get from the grocery store, nothing special and extra salty. Pepperoni tastes just like the cheap stuff. I went there expecting something at least a little different, but the pizza didn't really look any better than something I can make at home.

Lee fell and love with this place. Until I found a finger nail in with my pizza. They said me their is no way you found a finger nail in the pizza but it was their. They would not believe me. Only offer to remake the pizza right now was told sorry I just want my name put down I no longer want pizza. Was told they can’t this is just a one time offer. I told them no I don’t want pizza right now. Was told ok have a nice day and they would not write my name down for a free pizza later. I ask about a refund was told no. I had to do a bank stop to get my money back. I would never eat here again.

Staff really cares about the quality of their product and spend the time/effort to make sure the pizzas and toppings are correct. Generous with toppings and dining area kept very clean.

Excellent pizza...pick the style of crust (I think there were 4 or 5 choices of dough). Add all the toppings you want, select your drink, and take a seat. Salads are "huge"(three different choices). The chicken wings are large. We ordered 6 BBQ bourbon wings, which were SO VERY GOOD.

Parking: This store is in a strip mall, so you may not always find a space right in front of the store.

Staff had a bit of difficulty understanding English and communicating with us. When the pizzas were made the toppings were light. No sense of urgency. The pizza is "ok" but the high oven temp cooks the top of the pizza before the bottom gets crispy, so the pizza was very floppy.

Best pizza I have had in while. Very unique place. I like the quickness. The service talked loud but they were nice.
If we were in the area again we would go back.
