I order online because Iam handicap and can’t get out so I have a freind pick up my order You would think that what you ordered is printed out with your name on it would be easy to fulfill. Today I ordered a French dip curly fries and the over priced steak nuggets. What I got was my curly fries steak nuggets and the cup of liquid for my French dip BUT NO FRENCH DIP !!!! Instead I got a wrap that had another’s customer name on it. I can’t count the times they screw up my order because they can’t read the ticket. On top of that many times my food is cold Its a shame a brand new store has such terrible service!!!!!! And don’t reply to me with your generic reply!!! How about coming to this store and do something about it!!!

Go inside to get the Italian sub that they have now and for 7.00 a sandwich it was not worth it. When it was on the menu many years ago the meat was hot and the bread was toasted. I could have stayed home and made a better cold sandwich. Do not waste your money on this. I bought two for 15.00 and some change.

My wife ordered dinner for herself her husband and my son, everything was perfect, we even thought it was funny when they misspelled the name on the bag, I'm a big guy so I ordered two sandwiches. I got to my last sandwich which which is a double cheeseburger and it was almost too raw for me to eat I called the store and spoke to Erica. I kind of felt a little stupid after speaking to her I did not know that I can order my burger cooked anyway I wanted to.... Erica , thank you , for being a perfect manger

Walked in Arby’s no other customers in there 10 till nine. Employees walk off from the front do not come back up there. No one acknowledged us will not go back. Pick this Arby’s because it had good reviews for excellent food and great service. That was some great service being ignored wow employees stood in the back, talking and joking and laughing.

Dear Arby’s, Why is it my responsibility to do quality control check on what is in my bag before I leave your line? If you didn’t know Arby’s isn’t cheap, when you ask for something then PAY FOR IT!!! and it’s consistently not in the bag then I got a big issue with you. Today it was the extra cups of cheddar cheese for my fries but man it’s always something HERE at this location, which is very disconcerting considering it’s not been there 6 months. Do better

I had a horrific experience at the other Arby’s in Cleveland. The manager at this location went above and beyond to help resolve the issue, when she didn’t have to. I will drive the extra 15 minutes from now on to visit this location. Thank you, Erica!

They rung up my order wrong, repeated it back right. Over charged me and couldn't be bothered with a refund. Lady was rude and acted like she was better than us. Will not be back, not worth an addittude for no reason on top of being over charged.
