Drive 🚗 through ordered a combo 🍟 🍔 coke. I get home i get a meat less that looked like sloppy. I noticed 3 ladies and a man who were all in the windows looking at me as I drove off.i get home and this is what I got. I took it back and asked if it was a Joke. Got my money back the cook John came out and looked at me. They were all in on the joke. African American lady. 😠 this was the 2nd nite in a roll they pulled stunts.the 1 nite the deliberately left off the onion.and tomatoes 🍅 as you can 👀. On these pictures. No wonder the business in slow to none.

Last week I placed an order today be delivered, finally 50 minutes later i received ordered , it was cold and disgusting, the driver said she had three delivers ahead of me, why would anyone restaurant do this knowing it was going to be late since the driver has so many orders to deliver, I didn’t pick the delivery company that was the restaurant not me Very unacceptable

I was having difficulty with checking out and paying for my order via the app. I drove to the store and went in, and the manager, a young women, fixed my problem.
The food was made quickly, it was fresh and yummy. All the employees were pleasant and wore smiles. They were doing their jobs and doing them well.

Ordered 5 chicken tenders meal and 6 mozzarella sticks. 1 ranch packet-- seriously!!! Mozzarella sticks smelled like fish!!! Had to throw out. I have ordered the Mac n cheese bites before and they were burnt. No friendly service. I am done with spending my hard earned money on a meal that is not tasty.

Went to the Arby's in Cleveland tn ordered a deluxe fish sandwich meal with no tomato extra tarter sauce. I got a cold really cold pcs of fish so I took it back an politely asked for a fresh hot fish sandwich. Within 2 mins they gave me back same sandwich that they heated up in microwave. Tarter sauce melted just gross. My husband went back in an was not nice an told them to make fresh or refund the money. I'll be contacting management tomorrow. I don't normally complain but this was disgusting an borderline food tampering. Very very dissatisfied by the food tonight, the service was horrible and I would have fired 3 individuals on the spot if I could have. One even had a grin on his face like haha I screwed up your sandwich!!!
