I was having difficulty with checking out and paying for my order via the app. I drove to the store and went in, and the manager, a young women, fixed my problem.
The food was made quickly, it was fresh and yummy. All the employees were pleasant and wore smiles. They were doing their jobs and doing them well.

Ordered 5 chicken tenders meal and 6 mozzarella sticks. 1 ranch packet-- seriously!!! Mozzarella sticks smelled like fish!!! Had to throw out. I have ordered the Mac n cheese bites before and they were burnt. No friendly service. I am done with spending my hard earned money on a meal that is not tasty.

Went to the Arby's in Cleveland tn ordered a deluxe fish sandwich meal with no tomato extra tarter sauce. I got a cold really cold pcs of fish so I took it back an politely asked for a fresh hot fish sandwich. Within 2 mins they gave me back same sandwich that they heated up in microwave. Tarter sauce melted just gross. My husband went back in an was not nice an told them to make fresh or refund the money. I'll be contacting management tomorrow. I don't normally complain but this was disgusting an borderline food tampering. Very very dissatisfied by the food tonight, the service was horrible and I would have fired 3 individuals on the spot if I could have. One even had a grin on his face like haha I screwed up your sandwich!!!

Swung by on our way to visit family up north. Incredibly kind staff, and the food was fresh. Honestly, I don't expect much from fast food, but this was an experience I cant 'not' talk about. If i could give the service a 6 star i would, but if i gave 5 on everything I might not seem genuine, but it was a great visit. Will visit again on the way back home.

1. There were promotional posters everywhere advertising 3 different types of burgers. Yet, when we ordered the deluxe burger, they told us they no longer had it. After a couple of minutes, the employee realized they did have it. I asked for no onions and they still put onions on it.
2. Ordered the burger with potato cakes but was informed it was discontinued. I was disappointed to have to order fries.
3. Ordered a turkey and Swiss sandwich with no onions, no mayonnaise. It came coated in mayonnaise. When we went back to get it fixed, the employee told us it was ranch, not mayonnaise. It was, in fact, mayonnaise, though. She claimed that we ordered a turkey bacon ranch, which we hadn't. We didn't have any bacon or ranch on the sandwich at all. It was just smothered in mayo. When I tried to get it corrected, the kitchen staff just made the same sandwich again. So, I was forced into ordering it again. Every sandwich I ordered was wrong. They continually left off tomato and would add onions which I didn't ask for. Overspent, and it was a nuisance.
Absolutely PATHETIC!!!! ordered a crispy Chicken bacon and Swiss, the cheese and bacon were Both so cold that even after leaving them sitting , wrapped up, in a hot car, in the sun, NEITHER were even close to warm. Not to mention I got mine with no lettuce so there's literally no excuse for the whole sandwich to be ice cold or the cheese and bacon not to even be warmed the slightest.

Live customers at the counter shoukd NEVER have to wait for counter people who are fillibg an online order!! And then, I get an attitude? I hadn't been to an Arby's in a while, and I won't be back.
