Rude customer service drive threw lady needs to be fired !
Went today and got a sundae and got two scoops expecting the ice cream to be at least a full cup. When we got it it wasn’t even a cup it was a quarter of the cup. Payed 6.25 for it. Never again
Done coming here. 9 times out of 10 my orders screwed up. Most importantly the snarky little girls that work the counter, their attitudes suck.
We go often for a family treat. Service is always great and the employees are always nice.

Save your money and buy ice cream the next time you're at the grocery store.
I walked in to find three employees behind the counter and none of them looked up to say "welcome, hi or we'll be right with you." One even passed by me three times and didn't even look back at me. 30 seconds went by and I almost walked out the door. I regrettably did not walk out the door and purchased a double scoop waffle cone. The waffle cone had multiple cracks in it and the melting ice cream now the consistency of soup, was all over my hands, lap and car seat. Being prompted on the bottom of the receipt to write a review, I did. I was then contacted by the company saying how they created a case number and the franchise owner would be addressing my concerns. Though if the owner/management did not reach out to me to reach back out to the actual company.
Thee weeks have gone by with no response from the local franchise owner or management and the company itself is ignoring me as well. Insult upon insult. Needless to say they have lost my business.

"I'm sorry that you feel that way" is one of the most disrespectful things you can say to a customer. Let alone one you ignored and then you were called out for being rude and ignoring. And all you can say is that you're sorry I'm upset that you're ignoring a customer? Do better.

One of the worst places I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. The staff and workers are extremely rude. Especially to doordashers. Please avoid at all costs. There are so many better choices for your sweet fix.

The worst customer service I've ever had. I think these restaurants forget that doordashers work for them and are also employees. I think they forget that doordashers are also people that grew up in this area. I grew up sneaking out with my brother to meet our friends for ice cream when I was a kid here... So it's a huge bummer that these people treat me like I'm a huge problem Everytime I come in to get a doordash order. You can call doordash and set it to send us later if you need more time, but acting like we don't exist, blatantly ignoring us, and constantly affecting my dasher percentage because I constantly have to unassign and leave. I now refuse to pick up from here and I take the decline percentage on my dasher account. They treat people so awful. Theyre supposed to be good Christian folk, but they just look at you like youre a problem. Terrible, uncomfortable atmosphere, completely different than when I was a kid.

Excellent ice cream as well as excellent service. The guy let me have a few samples and was very friendly.
Disappointed when you drive 15 miles in a hurry just to get there at 9:52 and they're already closed. 10 ? No. Closing times may very.
