I like the ice cream & the waffle cones are tasty. They don't scoop uniformly though. Mine will be golf ball size & hers will be baseball size, yet we order the same size; I don't think that's okay. For my money, I'd rather have Bruester's, they know how to scoop.

As we sat outside eating our pecan ice cream, the associate, who rang up the sale, came out and returned $2 to my host. My host had obviously miscounted the amount to be paid. That was honorable of the associate.

The ice cream is always great...but.....you need to work on your drive thru time.When I was in food service drive-thru was always our number one priority..but this drive thru is the slowest ever.Please work on that part of your customer service.Thanks
