I gave this location 1 star. Drive thru is extremely slow. They used to park you and bring your food out to you but not anymore. They never give you napkins, utensils to eat with, straws, and you’re lucky if you get sauces. This particular night, the location closes at 10pm. I placed a mobile order. Arrived at the drive thru at 9:50pm and was told by the recording and the employee they were closed. I was told I could drive to the window for a refund. To my surprise there was another car at the window getting food, but remember they are closed. Google even shows 10pm and so do their window signs. I get they want to go hoe and probably tired, but if you close the restaurant early without permission from your DM shouldn’t they get into trouble? I called the location while behind the car waiting for food from the closed location and she told me my food was being made and the girl in drive thru was new and didn’t know any better. “ Didn’t know any better “ ? Isn’t that something used to describe a young child oh toddler age - maybe 6 or 7 years old. I didn’t think that still applied to someone who is 16-18 years old and knows when the restaurant actually closes and can at least read a digital clock!

I love the food here but it’s really expensive and a drink dosent even come with your meal, you have to buy that separately

Threw this order away absolutely the worst food I have ever had the misfortune of eating. Shrimp had to have been cooked last week and the French fries God help. I'm sure there is leather out there that wouldn't be as tough as this miserable food was. Dam near $40.00 in food hit the trash. And didn't bother with the chicken no sweet n sour sauce 😕 😒 if I have to drive all the way to Chattanooga to Long Johns Silver I'll do that before I ever spend another dime at this location. Do better

Apparently the kids were trying to close early. Order was wrong, short on quantity, fish was extra greasy, hush puppies and Cole slaw were ok. The staff was being a forced nice. Rolled their eyes alot when they were needed because the order was short or wrong. Condiments and tea had to be asked for at the counter or from table which got more eye rolls. The young men cooking were nicer than the ladies up front and servers. Ended up having to get the cooks attention to get a bag to carry out leftovers.
It was slow and service was slow. My corn was sitting too long. Just a very bad night.

I was the guest at Captain D’s on apd 40 Cleveland tn tonight for dinner. They were very busy and I was impressed with the way the crew worked together to take care of everyone. I was dining in and I really appreciated the way that they handled themselves. The manager had a good grasp of the rush and when I got my meal it was hot and probably the best dinner I’ve had from there. It was very very good and the group there was really kind as they rushed around taking care of everyone. Hats off to them for making my dinner so satisfying. Really appreciate all they did and how hard they worked.
