“I can’t say enough good things about impressions catering. We decided to plan a last minute wedding 3 weeks before the event. We reached out to many caterers. Many didn’t respond, couldn’t do it, or just didn’t want to. Impressions got back to us quickly. Hey we’re busy but still managed to make it work. We managed to work out a menu and contract with 2 weeks to spare. Day of we picked everything up on the way to the event (we chose not to use staff). Our menu consisted of cold items (fruit plate, caprese skewers, cheese tort, and bruschetta.) and hot items (spanakopita, bacon wrapped shrimp, taco bar, chicken and waffle sliders, and steak skewers). Oh my god everything was so amazing. There was not a single item that was not a hit. Best catering food I’ve ever had. They provided us with drinks, utensils, trays, everything we needed. Again, I can’t say enough about this amazing catering.“
