“EXCELLENT SERVICE! We had a private dinner for 9 at our cabin in Pigeon Forge and everything was absolutely amazing. We got the charcuterie board, kale Ceasar salad, salmon, pot roast, chicken thighs, white cheddar Mac and cheese, baked potatoes, broccoli, asparagus, and cheesecake. I can not recommend David more! We will definitely be using his services again.“
“We hired Bradford Catered Events for our wedding at the Trillium Venue in Sevierville on October 21, 2023. Our menu required significant bespoke customization since we wanted to incorporate the groom's German heritage into the event and were thus looking for a caterer that could deliver on various items like Schnitzel, Sauerbraten, Spaetzle, Rothkohl, German potatoes and cucumber salad. The results were spectacular and made a great impression on all of our guests, but especially the groom's German parents, who were amazed that we were able to conjure up such authentic German food in a part of the country that is not exactly known for it. We were thoroughly impressed by Bradford's ability to accommodate our unique requests and would highly encourage them to add the menu items they specifically created for us to their permanent catalogue. Needless to say, we wholeheartedly recommend them as a caterer to any other couples looking to get married in the Knoxville/Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area.“
“We hosted an event with 30 people and used Rothschild for catering the appetizers, main, and dessert. They were very easy to work with and prompt to answer questions. They also had lots of GF options. We had a buffet but paid to have 2 staff members there to help setup/take down and help during the meal. The team they sent was wonderful! Overall the food was delicious and I think their pricing was appropriate for the quality of food we received. One of our guests told us it was the best catered meal they ever had!“
