Absolutely disgusting, poor management, food was disgusting and both overcooked and undercooked at the same time. I do not recommend this Checkers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I purchased the Chicken bites box with french fries, a medium coke, and the new strawberry cheesecake bites. I recieved the chicken box bites and fries, warm -not hot, along with powdered sugar on them due to the cheesecake bites tumbled in the bag. I got a Sprite instead of the Coke i ordered, which they replaced after i came back thru the line. Glad i checked before i drove too far away. In their defense i got the feeling the drive thru clerk was still training as everyone was around her watching. The cheesecake bites were okay but they are $3.00 for 4, and they are just bites, smaller than my remote car fob, see picture. My meal was a little less than $10.00 but i just did not feel it was worth the amount. However please understand, the food tasted good.

They can't get anything right. When trying to get it replaced the manager throw the burger at my wife then my wife throw it back at her then the manager had her h Whole staff come out side wanting to fight when we told them we was calling the police they went back inside I tried to tell them I needed a refund or my receipt to call corporate they told me to just leave so I paid for food that the manager throw across the property. This place is not worthy of being open if they can treat customers how ever refuse to refund you your money for product you didn't get the corporate office won't do anything either tried to call them to get my refund and they told me I had to wait 3 to 4 days I will never come back they have messed up my order multiple times

I went with my family on this final Sunday of the day. They missed our order for fries, and they didn't put everything on Cheesse Champ. We complained, changed the fries, didn't add everything to the sandwich and it was still cold. The other requests were OK, except for the milkshake which is not large at all. I'm not coming back. After the second complaint, they made the right request.
