Cookies were great but my large order was over an hour past pickup and wasn't boxed and ready for pickup when I arrived. Took a while to be greeted and employed barely mumbled a few words. I was the only one in the store besides 4 employees.

This was my 3rd time visiting a Crumbl location. Twice here in Cleveland. The cookies are TO DIE FOR and worth every penny. Very friendly staff. Quick service. Definitely recommend.
