First of all, the lady at the window was extremely condescending. I asked for light ice, she said she wouldnāt fill the cup up if I got light ice. Mind you, this was the first thing I had said to her. Second of all, the drink itself was disgusting. I got a chai latte with oat milk, there was no oat milk and it tasted like there was triple the amount of chai needed. The drink was spicy and thick and made both me and my mom sick. Biggest waste of 6 dollars ever I couldnāt even force myself to drink it.

Made an online order and finally made it up to the window for pickup and it sat by the window without anyone handing it to us! Waste of time and money! Horrible service and rude employees

We came through the drive thru on July 14th 2025. To start off we had to say something to get the attention of the workers. When they finally wanted to take our order they were rude. We had a mobile order and got it quick but they didnāt properly take care of the donuts our drinks are amazing. Over all a bad experience.

Just paid for the nastiest breakfast and coffee Iāve ever had. Iām sick of this place. The coffee was watered down and bitter, the hashbrowns were cold and soft and had a weird taste, and they told me I could only have a bacon croissant which was burnt. Itās almost like they just hated me.
When i first ordered these bacon,egg,& cheese croissants they were really good but the last several times... they are like soaked in butter... I am attaching pictures so you can see what I'm talking about. I ask for WELL done bacon every time... I even asked today when I got to the window to be sure I said that when I ordered .. he said 'yes ma'am' ... yet that doesn't look like well done bacon too me... I ate the part that was somewhat done... but the rest of this young to the trash.. so basically I wasted my $$ on disgusting food. I have called to kindly tell them... yes I was extremely kind. And yet here we are again... I'm busy not going back.

My tea was messed up they literally gave me stained water . And then put packs of sugar in unsweetened tea and was rude .

They absolutely donāt care about the customer. And when they make a mistake they act like itās your fault. And they all rude. Never consistent.
The store constantly gits our orders wrong and the employees seem to be upset everyday. The customers that shop here also act increasingly entitled. We will not be wasting time or money here anymore.

I just left this location. I watched the car in front of me have a bag handed to them. The bag was handed back to the drive-thru employee. Wrong order. I was able to see the return on the counter the entire time. I pulled up and that bag was handed to me. I asked if ot was given to the car infront of me sand she lied to my face and said; No. It was a different bag. I will not be returning to this location.

I asked for a chocolate creme donut and they gave me a vanilla creme donut.

Ordered a light ice on a large drink. Cup was filled almost 4/5 full of ice, and amount of coffee was lower than normal. If I order a hot coffee, it's full. So Why am I being charged for ice when I asked for less? I'm paying for the coffee, not ice.
