I recently bought a house in the SE side of Cleveland and this Dunkin is minutes away. I've stopped here a few times and the line has been quick and my drinks have been good.

rude! absolutely rude! im a thank you type of person, and if your working the window and I say THANK YOU, say your welcome or no problem. NOT LOOK AT ME AND MHMMM ME. it’s rude, unprofessional and it makes the company look bad. I'm trying to be nice, and they have a woman working at the window who has no professionalism what-so ever. do better dunkin.

Number one they never have donuts past noon why is it named Dunkin’ Donuts? If you’re not gonna have any dang doughnuts! Number two the actual “food”they serve is terrible and usually microwaved to death number three they never get your drink orders right. and number four when you order a doughnut it’s thrown into a bag instead of putting into a box Like it should be. This location is terrible!

Caitlyn was PHENOMENAL! We went through the drive thru & ordered & she was so helpful with a perfect drink for me! We had ordered food & they had to have it serviced as soon as we ordered but she was an angel and brought us our food + extra. She is AMAZING. Thank you again!

First of all, the lady at the window was extremely condescending. I asked for light ice, she said she wouldn’t fill the cup up if I got light ice. Mind you, this was the first thing I had said to her. Second of all, the drink itself was disgusting. I got a chai latte with oat milk, there was no oat milk and it tasted like there was triple the amount of chai needed. The drink was spicy and thick and made both me and my mom sick. Biggest waste of 6 dollars ever I couldn’t even force myself to drink it.
