To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I called this morning on my way home and ordered 5 munchkin Halloween buckets to take to work tonight. My coworkers have worked so hard this week and we all miss so much family time while working 3rd shift. I thought it would be a fun treat for us working on Halloween. The girl i spoke to said it was absolutely no problem and she would leave a note to have the buckets ready by 7:30 since they are closing early at 8:00 pm. I go in...read full review
How can you screw donuts up so many times and stay in business???
We have frequented this Dunkin Donut for years. The last few months'visits have been just the worst experiences. My husband walked out when he was seen and totally ignored with "kids" just standing and sitting around, noone doing anything. When and if you do get waited on donuts are stale, they're out of most of the ones we like, staff couldn't be more rude, noone smiles, and the place is a mess, dirty tables, floors.
