I did anything online order for 6 subs. I was given a wait time of 1 hour which was totally ridiculous. Then, when I picked my order up I was 1 sub short and had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes before YOU messed my order up. I have been a firm supporter of Firehouse up to now but I'm not sure I'll be a return customer. The whole point of doing an online order is to save time. I'm sure if I had walked in the restaurant and placed the order my wait time wouldn't...
