I am so impressed with the manager Nicole at the Arnold Blvd., Lafayette, LA store. There was a mixup in our order and she took care of everything we needed in a very positive and helpful way! I bring my grandchildren there often for ice cream and or cookies. The staff is always very attentive, smiling and helpful. We order cakes from there all the time, and they are always made fresh and delicious! Awesome store! Awesome management! Awesome staff! Great for Lafayette, Louisiana!
I ordered a custom cake and it was ready the same day within a couple of hours. When I picked it up it looked great! Exactly what I imagined. Thank you to Patty, Summer, and Paris! You were all very sweet and did a great job.
Tries the Chocolate chip, white macadamia, snicker doddle, birthday cake, and something maple which I have to say was my favorite. The young man working was very polite and helpful. Price, size and taste were all good.
