I really like JJ's subs but this store doesn't seem to pay attention to orders. Twice in the last 3 weeks, I have been given someone else order, and they often don't follow special order instructions, such as no onions or that sort of thing. I was given a sandwich which I did not realize wasn't what I ordered until 15 minutes down the road. When I returned, they said oh yeah, here is yours and handed me a sandwich that had been sitting there for 30 minutes....

They do have really good tasting sandwiches. One of my sandwiches was lacking meat, so I called them asking what happened? I thought that it was a joke since the main ingredient was missing, one of the sandwich makers answered the phone and was embarrassed and said if I would like to talk to the manager? I said yes. Anyway I asked what happened to my sandwich? The manager said just bring it in and we will make you a new one. I asked, is this a joke, since the main ingredient “Turkey”...

A great little sandwich shop right of I75. We sat at their outside picnic tables, my family ate Jimmy John’s great food, I brought BK food. A server brought me out a cup with ice for my bottled water to enjoy with my BK meal. True southern hospitality! Thank you ma’am.
