Sadly KFC is not what it once was. The food is gross and the portions are extremely small. The chicken is almost all bone. Like they order the cheapest chicken. Then overcook it. McDonald’s does better than that.

They messed up my order I drove 40 minutes home and I was missing fry from all three orders and my cold slaw, very disappointed and they wouldn’t fix there mistake.

This has to be the worst KFC I’ve ever ordered from. I drove through the drive-through and asked for a fill up, which is an eight piece chicken dinner and the lady told me it would be probably 30 minutes and there was only one vehicle in front of me. Asked her Why it was going to be taking so long and she said I could go somewhere else if I didn’t like it. So rude and poor management if they continue their employees to treat people like this.

My car broken down just one day and next day they call towing truck KFC workers told the towing truck its was standing two full days its was only one day the KFC workers lied

If you want to pay a lot for a smaller meal then you paid for this is the place for you ... I paid $14 for 18 chicken livers not even whole liver's but haves ... I said I'm not paying for that so she gave me 10 more half liver's !!! Not to mention the tiny chicken strips 5 pieces for $12
