My order was incomplete. Went back for the rest of my order still incomplete. As well as employee drank out of a cup poured the contents out refilled the cup with a different beverage and gave it to the customer, after she had drank from the cup ????

I ordered on the app. At 11:00 am with a pickup time of 4:00 pm and I showed up to pickup at 3:58 pm and the employees were discussing how to fill the order one of them said that she has a 11 second video that they could watch but it goes really fast. Another one said that it was an online order so they get more chicken ? All I had ordered was a 10 piece bucket of extra crispy. But it still took over 12 minutes to pickup. Because the employees had not been properly trained on how to fill a online order.
