It’s sad to say I just don’t know how Krystal’s can still be open and serving the community. The quality is so bad I know back in the 86 and 87 when I worked for Krystal’s the Service and quality was 10 times better than what it is today times. Corporate needs to step up their game get back to serving quality food is became very poorly and pissy to serve.

Ordered 12 Krystal’s. 7 regular and 5 plain. 4 of the plain buns were hard . Left too long on grill . Too many other choices and places to eat for the money . Also ordered medium fries and large . Medium looked like small and large medium . They were good but probably because I had ask for fresh and crispy .

The Cleveland, TN Krystal is in dire need of renovation and when I say renovation I mean torn down and a new one built! The food is good but it's likely the oldest Krystal still standing in a 100 mile area!!!

I pick up lunch from this location often on my way to work. Yet for whatever reason, this morning(11/27/2024, 7:10am) the person working refused to serve me anything but breakfast items, and was quite rude when I mentioned that I always order the same thing around this time of the morning whenever I come.
Update:I decided to give them another shot and I gotta tell you, this location absolutely sucks. I ordered biscuits and gravy with sausage... I literally got a single pebble sized piece of sausage. And it just so happened to be the same woman in the first part of this review. DO NOT EAT AT KRYSTAL IN CLEVELAND TN. If ever a place was a complete joke, this location takes the cake.

Went there at 11:07 am ask for coffee , they said they stop serving coffee at 11. WOW. ? You don’t think you would have a pot of coffee back there set to throw out , you could sale to a guy and make a freaking buck???? Cmon !

The food & service at this Kyrstal leave a lot to be desired, but I think that's pretty standard for Krystals. Only a few good ones standout in my memory, which is sad being that I've been to dozens of them.
I went just before the start of lunchtime, so I understand that they had to cook my Krystals; I don't mind getting hot & fresh food. However, the cashier rushed me away from the window with any sort of professional politeness or normal friendliness. The lady who brought my food to me at least smiled, but there were no napkins or ketchup in the bag, as I requested. I couldn't go into the store at the time, b/c my puppy was a bit nuts, so i went without. The fries were hot, but of course, not as good as they used to be before they changed the cut. (They used to be more like McD's fries.) The burgers were terrible. They were hot, but they had been jammed into the boxes, with what looked like a thumb-sized dent in the middle of all of them. It was as if they were shoved into the boxes until the employees thumb felt the bottom. They were also soaking wet - not steamed. I asked for the plain burgers to be put in a separate bag, but they were not, & they were not even put in the "Special" boxes. So, I had to look inside each one to find plain ones for my dog. None were plain, but it looked as if most of the onions & mustard had been wiped-off a couple of them.
It was also extremely expensive. Eight burgers, fries, and a sweet tea was over $18! This is the sort of crap that keeps me from enjoying the treat of fast food often. There was once a time that I would have still eaten at this Kyrstal twice a week, since it is my closest one, now that I live in Cleveland. Instead, I might give them a try every few years. I cannot say I was disappointed, b/c I didn't expect a lot, but this Kyrstal did not even try to meet my low standards for them.

11-17-24 at 5:57 am ...Waited 30 minutes for Breakfast and it was cold. Paid $13.24 for 3 Sunrisers and large tots. Why is Food cold when you just started breakfast? Feel like I wasted money especially with everything so expensive now...Bread was old,eggs runny. No tot boxes so he put in Krystal box..... Sausage overcooked. He didn't care told me talk to Melissa tomorrow..
