We drove in from Houston and were dying for a Krystal burger since we do not have them there. I ordered 14 of them. Our hotel was close by soon why not. They were the nastiest things I have ever seen Krystal put out and I am sixty eight years old. I want a refund and will not let this go. One side is these pictures is bread and meat on other. What is this brown stuff that leaked onto the bread ? We did not eat dinner and we threw them in the trash.

My husband grew up eating Krystal so its a comfort food for him. It's not quite the same as whit castle but similar. I love the pups(mini chili dog).

Went there at like 445 AM. Not the ideal time, I understand. Got the bacon Krystals. Pulled up, paid, got my drink. Dude comes to the window and say they are out of bacon. I just ask if I can get a refund. Some rude kid comes to the window and says only a store manager can give a refund and they get there at 3PM. Very rude. I was trying to be polite the whole time. Asked for my name so I could get a refund later. Goes away and comes back wanting me to wait 13 minutes for bacon krystals. Just walked off from the window without giving me a chance to reply. They stole $10.81 from me. I wasn't letting them steal 13 minutes. I drove off. DO NOT GO HERE. I rarely ever leave reviews, this experience called for it.

The store is dirty. There is mold on the ceiling tiles. The lady that took our order had no personality. I said thank you. She never said a word back. She took food out to a car, waiting on their order and was vaping while she was carrying it.

Nightshift is rude & hateful..ran to hide from us....we are in a semi...and all we wanted was a box of 24 Krystal's...they wouldn't come to the door..can't go thru the drive thru so we walked up to the window same results ... they acted like we wasn't even there..we live in this town..everywhere in the country they do this for us..

I feel like the reason you all have issues is because ive heard from numerous ex employees and current ones that the management is the definition of toxic. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have visited there's one problem or another. I was told tonight, a Friday night that it would be a few minutes before my order could be taken through the drive thru. 3 cars ahead. Finally when my order was taken she sounded unhappy. I know fast food has to keep costs down, labor being at the top, but you will have more and more unhappy customers doing business like this.
