The drive thru lanes always move very quickly and the staff is helpful and explains the complicated lotus menu to me every time I inevitably forget. They have some really good combinations (salted caramel latte is one, blueberry breakfast latte, Capri sun sprite are my favs), but due to the sugar content in these things, it's definitely not an every day thing.
Great little coffee shop. We have stopped 2 days in a row while in Cleveland. The first day, we got a lotus enerdrink called the Swaggin Dragon. It was really good. Today, we got a couple of their hot coffee drinks. My husband got the toasted marshmallow, and I got the Ally Oop, which was a recommendation from the server. They were both great. We also got their chocolate chip muffin tops. Those were great as well. The servers were all super sweet.

Edited...we were back a few more times during our visit to Cleveland! Lola Beans was a consistently great coffee. Even mom found her fave.
