I have been a loyal P Hut guy for as long as I can remember. This group closed the Stuart Rd location and it has all went sharply downhill. Even worse though, the Pizza Hut app and website have stopped processing orders on my end. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. I closed my online P Hut account and tried to starting from scratch. I've tried to order as a Guest on the app. I haven't been able to order a pizza in months...literally. I have sent in multiple complaints via the app. I've complained verbally to this location. I even missed my P Hut so bad I found the ownership group and complained via their site. Crickets. It is impossible to place an order without the app. This location is too slammed and understaffed to answer their phone. It is not the fault of the employees in the building. So you are routed to a call center overseas. Have you tried to order a pizza through an overseas call center? In the time I've tried to order again today with no success, and then left this review, Dominos has a pizza here. If P Hut is wondering why their sales are in a slump, maybe they should pay attention and fix their useless app.

My order said it was ready, but I had to wait another 30 minutes for some reason parked on the curb

I probably won't be going to this small one in Cleveland again to pick up an order. This was the slowest one I've ever been to.
The ome on APD 40 and the ont in Ooltewah are better

My husband and I love to come up to Cleveland to have Pizza in a sit down Pizza Hut since there no longer is one in Chattanooga. But this Pizza Hut is SEVERELY mismanaged. On a Friday night they had only one server to take care of a FULL lobby crowd, constant phone ringing, cash register, and walk-in customers and to go orders. That one server, August, did an AMAZING job but should not have been put in a position to handle all that. There should have been at least 2 servers and a manger who was assisting somewhat on duty. If you happen to be slow send them home, or put somebody on call. I used to work at Pizza Hut back in the day, and our manager would have NEVER put us in that position. No wonder you are still hiring. Someone needs to take a long look at how staffing is handled.

The service was great. I like the pizza but the sauce is too sweet. I miss the old days when Pizza Hut was dark and you had the candles inn the tables. I’ll give it a half of a Dang.

It sucks they closed the other pizza hut in town as it was much better. Going to this one if you go to the pick up window expect to wait a minimum of 10-20 minutes. After seeing the other reviews this seems to be a normal occurance here. If your not going to pay attention to it why even have it as an option?

This location is extremely slow and disorganized! Pulled behind another car in the pickup windows, that car had to honk to get anyone to the window then I sat there for over 10 minutes without anyone coming to the window. I finally had to park and run inside to get my order which was inconvenient due to having three small children with me. The lobby had two other people waiting for orders and another car that was behind me waiting too.

Ordered through Door Dash. The driver waited in store for an hour. She said it was very unorganized. The driver said she was told another store in the area just closed and this store was very busy. Once I got my order, half of it was missing. Tried to call the store and got disconnected then was placed on eternal hold once I called back. I was never able to speak with someone in the store to attempt to correct this matter.

First time I've ordered here. I arrived for my carry out order just a few minutes after they said it would be ready. It took them 5 minutes to even acknowledge that I was standing there and then my order wasn't ready. I wasn't mad because they seemed pretty busy so I just sat and waited. When they finally had my order ready the girl said the sauces that I ordered were in the box. Well got home and no sauce. The food was gross. Pizza tasted horrible and my boneless wings were greasy and "swimming" in the sauce yet it wasn't sticking to them. Cheesy garlic bread was the only decent thing. Probably won't be ordering there again.

Didn't really seam to want to help with coupons or deals that were online not very friendly wouldn't recommend this pizza hut

Vegetarian options: Be careful when getting veggies here in a pizza

Kid-friendliness: It has a buffet so that's a plus when it comes to kids

Wheelchair accessibility: It's wheelchair accessible but place smells bad

Pizza Hut used to be the best back when I was in high school and college. Now a store-bought DiGiorno has more flavor than this thing I'm eating... problem is... you have to cook it yourself.

Paid $20.89 for a medium supreme. I actually feel you'll get a better pizza buying from one of those gas stations... "Hunt Brothers"... Which comes with unlimited toppings at no charge.🥳

Pizza Hut also charges a dollar for those little packs of Parmesan cheese or hot peppers... so stop and pick up a jar ($4) and save some $$#.

The medium supreme Pizza I received has a thinner crust than the original.. It kind of looks like a store bought Tombstone Pizza 🥺. I can only imagine how thin the thin crust pizza is? I bet they have an up charge for a thinner crust!!

They didn't have any specials, they don't offer any senior citizen discount or veterans discount 😔.

For the next 20 years, I'm going to take a discount by never returning and experiencing other pizzerias. I like pizza... so I won't be so bummed out since I'll not have a preconceived expectancy.

I'm not really that picky, however, should a brand be built on a certain recipe and presentation... it shouldn't be steered far from!

I understand now how Little Caesars and Domino's are actually bigger!

Should you decide to go here... you'll have to pay more for less... but it does taste ok.

I was going to give it 3 star rating, but after eating 2 slices, I'm going to give it a 2.

My next pizza is going to be a Hunts Brother Loaded Supreme... with free parmesan and pepper flakes!

And keeping myself from going to Pizza Hut in the future... I'm now going to refer to it as "Pizza smut!"

Anything else would just be yada yada yada!

Parking: If you really want pizza I believe you'd be happy or going elsewhere... Especially if you're in a group.

Silver Rain

I really enjoyed the dine-in experience of this Pizza Hut. The Supreme Supreme pizza we ordered was warm and crispy crust that flaky on the outside and soft on the inside, loaded with toppings - ir was delicious! My son ordered the Alfredo dish and said he loved it as well. Those breadsticks were heavenly, cooked to prefection like the pizza was.

The only downside was that the salad bar was closed. I think if more people went to dine in it would be open, so I encourage anyone that likes to sit and eat pizza too go check it out.

Kid-friendliness: Personal pan pizza is perfect for kids

Ordered $100 dollars worth of Pizzas.. received a call that the manager (Deanna??) Gave my entire order to someone else! NOW she refuses to remake my order because she won't be able to "account for the money of the second order!" Really??!! How Incompetent can someone be!!!!!????? Lesson learned!!! I sure hope general management gets this message!!

They NEVER get my order right!!!! This time it was taken to the wrong person I was left on hold for an hour literally after waiting 2 hrs I finally drove to the store to pick it up myself and all I was given is $10 credit on $50 order TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Will definitely go to Dominos from here on out!!!
