I ordered from this place using the app which I have done for three years. Today, I ordered and received my confirmation. Two hours later I called and the guy that answered the phone said that he tried to call me two or three times to tell me that they ran out of dough. So I asked if he left a massage to which he said that he wasn’t able to leave a message however I’ve gotten other voicemails today.
I was in there this afternoon. we had used the internet to order ahead. an acquaintance of mine walked in and she had ordered ahead too. while we were waiting an employee, I assume manager ,started yelling at the crew. this went on for some time while she tried to get someones attention he just kept yelling. finally she got his attention and he rudely dealt with her.
