Purchased 3 tenders and 2 sides. Chicken was cold under cooked/ chewy. Took it back. Manager got a serious attitude. Pulled the meat apart, but it stuck together saying it was done. Refuse to refund money. Replaced with the smallest dry tender in the pan. Forgot the sides. Huffed and puffed when I asked about them. Eat at your own risk!!!

I just came to Popeyes (first time ever) staff was very rude. I ordered a ghost pepper chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese with a side of Mac and cheese. Besides forgetting the bacon and cheese the food was fantastic. If they would fix their attitudes and not forget my stuff this would be one of my favorite places to eat.

Okay so we go to this Popeyes regularly and every single time I have gone I feel like I have been robbed their has been so many times I've gotten home and been getting my food out of the bag and been missing half the food and paid for it for no reason tonight was no different and I won't be back to this Popeyes without them either hiring employees that care or actually putting my food in the bag we got home tonight missing 2 sides I ordered a 1/4 pound of shrimp and chicken and I had literally like 10 pieces of shrimp my "sweet tea" was literally half tea and half water and I know because I watched the lady put sweet tea in my cup until the container ran out of tea and then proceeded to fill the rest of my cup with water how is this Popeyes still in business after spending all that money on a new building and employees that don't care DAVE YOUR MONEY OR GO TO THE NORTH SIDE POPEYES

Worst popeyes to ever attend! Don’t waste your money here. Incorrect order. Doesn’t give you prices on what you ordered even on the receipt. Scam place and the women there are pathetic. i’ll be checking to see if they delete this so i can upload it again.
Never been to any place around here that doesn't sell coffee. Employees pointed me to go to gas market next door and told me they didn't serve breakfast, so they didn't offer coffee. . I don't have a clue what breakfast has to do with coffee.

On the left is a 12 piece honey bbq wing, which apparently means 12 plain wings with a spoonful of honey bbq on half of them. On the right is a 5 piece tender with fries and a biscuit. If you have two eyes you will note a lack of fries and a biscuit. There was a 10 minute wait to order in the drive through (while it was just me and 1 car in front of me.) and the lady was very obviously not in a good mood. I don't know if it's a lack of training due to this location still being fairly new, a lack of staff overall, or just plain laziness. Normally it's better than this but service like this cannot be ignored, especially for $31. Ordered on 8/23/2024 at approximately 8pm.
