Wife and I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich meals and somehow received not only 2 regular chicken sandwiches but they were absolutely drowned in mayonnaise, like an unbelievably excessive amount. Fries were also cold.

I waited for 50 minutes. I made a mobile order, pulled to the drive thru window they told me i have to wait 10 minutes for the chicken and go park, I did just that. They come back to my car like 20 minutes later talking about no one put my chicken and if i wanted a free a drink, im like nah i got a pregnant woman craving popeyes ill wait, 20 more minutes later and nobody coming with my food, I ended up leaving. By far my worst experience when dealing with any fast food restaurant.

This place SUCKS
I waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru for a simple order of 2 chicken sandwiches and sides, waited so long my entire large drink was dry by the time they got my food to me. Forgot sauces for sides, one of the chicken sandwich bags was ripped open so it looked used and gross. The food was slightly below average, but the entirety of the experience was awful.
Place needs to be shut down and turned into a better chicken restaurant.

“Please let this be a PSA” First and last time I will be eating here. my better half ordered a 3pc chicken tender meal with fries and I ordered just a classic chicken sandwich with fries. needless to say i’m not impressed our chicken was dry and bland not to mention my bun was soggy and the french fries had a good taste but they were so hard to the point where I only had a few and threw the rest away.
The counter assistant didn’t seem like she even wanted to be there… she didn’t have a welcoming attitude or presence and lacked workplace professionalism
The table we sat down at also wasn’t clean my better half raised up her arm and said the tables were sticky which they were
Overall the only thing I will recommend is for people to stay away and more than likely to go their competitors who have much better quality in food and employees.

We all know that their properly prepared chicken is a true delight; however, my five-star rating isn't for that reason, but rather because on one occasion the chicken wasn't prepared well. I filed a complaint, and—without asking any questions—I received a refund. Furthermore, they clearly made improvements, because when I returned, the food was delicious—which demonstrates that they truly prioritize quality.
Horrible service. 30 minutes for chicken, at a chicken place, when they're not even busy, no cars in line. Will never be back. They just need to get a whole new staff or shut the place down.
