Angela at Raise Bakery and Café is a Godsend if you're ever in a pinch! I am from out of state and wanted to surprise a friend with baked goods. I couldn't find anywhere who could deliver cookies on such short notice. I called the Raise Bakery and Café and Angela picked up, let me know of their delivery deals and most popular baked items, wrote down the address, and delivered the baked sweets herself! Coming from someone with autoimmune and GI issues as well as food sensitivities, the team at Raise Bakery & Cafe go above and beyond to accommodate specific dietary needs. They are the gold standard for quality using only organic produce and ingredients and they go out of their way to make their staple items, broths, spices, desserts in-house fresh! They never use artificial ingredients, preservatives, soy or MSG. Their chefs are so knowledgeable and are more than willing to be transparent to patrons about their ingredients and preparation processes. This gives me so much peace of mind knowing the food I am ordering is not only delicious but safe and healthy. My husband, who has no specific dietary restrictions, drools over their Appalachian burger when he normally snubs his nose to healthy cafes. There is something here for everyone!

Not only is the food good, but your staff is so knowledgable and pleasant! We ordered the Lasagna and Chili! Both get a A+. For the deserts you can't go wrong with the Almond Coconut Cookie, Nutter Butter Cookie, or the Birthday Cake. I would highly recommend.
