Drive up first time today, came in on the first right, did not realize or see any menu or directions. Pulled up ask where the menu was girl at window did not reply, ask what was good she said a caramel drink, no sooner than I asked my wife if the recommended drink was good she asked us to drive around to look at the menu as there were other customers??? Not allowing us to make a purchase, so we did the right thing and LEFT the place. RUDE!

Hands down the best coffeee. I have to have it everyday. Something about the Extra Large iced Caramelicious! It’s the best. The employees are so so sweet. So glad we have this establishment in Cleveland!!!!
