The worst BBQ I've had in a long time. Dry, unsmoked, and had a musky taste to it. Definitely wasn't enough food to justify $26 for 2 people. The girls up front were nice but were so preoccupied with their conversation between each other that they left my food sitting until one of them finally realized it was ready to bag. As I was leaving, the magnetic door almost broke my ankle. Not good.

First off, I have Celiac Disease. Eating out at restaurants can be incredibly difficult.Layla was very knowledgeable and helpful about procedures while being graciously patient and reassuring as I asked questions. So rarely are we me with such astute assistance and I wish more restaurants would educate their staff as they have. She marked everything clearly in the order, went to the back to be sure that the kitchen was aware, and our order was promptly brought to the table by a freshly-gloved member of the kitchen whose job, I presume, isn't to run the food. An informed restaurant is worth it's weight in gold to a Celiac and my partner and I will be adding this location to our very small circuit of places we can eat at safely.

Good BBQ with a friendly smile. Nice country feel. Not too crowded . Big portions at a reasonable price. Family that is happy to serve your family a great meal. A hidden gem you want forget. I ask about 5 times to tell the kitchen I have celiac and ask for them to just change gloves and not put my food with any bread. My food was never prepared with changed gloves because the guy from the kitchen brought it out with bread on my plate... Food safety is out completely 0.

I placed a catering order for work this week. Due to the inclement weather, Sarah, the catering coordinator worked with me so that we could get the order next week. It was a great experience and Sarah and Shane’s Rib Shack were very accommodating!Vegetarian options: I was able to add a vegetable plate to our catering order as well!
Standards = raised! Our home town Shane's has nothing on this one. Here for a work trip with hubby and we decided on here for dinner and we were blown away! Food was piping hot, came out fast, friendly service and very helpful/kind employees. Sarah, I think her name was was so kind. Wings were so MASSIVE I could only finish 3.Only critique I could give is that the table was sticky (our elbows were sticking to it), other than that it was awesome!
The girlfriend and I popped in after moving to Cleveland on the first of the year , the food was so mouthwatering ! Steaming hot and super delicious! We both had the sampler plates and it was loaded down , tried every bbq sauce too . I’d recommend the “Q” sauce! Extremely friendly staff and the atmosphere was top shelf , I also like how they support the boys in blue! Jason , I believe that was your name , you were wearing a black under armor hoodie and hat. Your awesome ! I’d give you 3 thumbs up if I had an extra hand . I apologize if I forgot your name , I was sidetracked with the high quality of bbq that was there , you went above and beyond for the service! Keep up the good work guys and gals! Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!! WE WILL BE BACK !

What a disappointment, food tastes ok. Service was a huge disgrace. When you drop to go orders on the floor, you should go to kitchen and make a new one. Nope, didn't even offer. Said sorry, asked if I wanted a bag. Yes I said, one at a time, you've proven you can't handle 2 at a time. I'm sorry, the worse experience ever. We won't be back. P/s, no BBQ sauce, utensils, napkins....nothing. So much for ordering pick up/carry out. Order NOT complete. Picture is after being dropped and meat was packed on each other ?

Ribs seemed like they were steamed or baked but not off of the smoker like they should be. They were just ok. Husband liked the fried okra and Brunswick stew.

Really did not enjoy the sample platter this time. They went up on the prices and the food seems to gotten worse and a lot less. Was not very happy or satisfied left very hungry.
