We went on a recommendation from a friend and were not disappointed. Very good fried catfish hush puppies and slaw. Friendly family atmosphere and excellent service we will go again
Tasty food, good portions, very accommodating and friendly. Would not hesitate to eat here again when in the area. Prices were very good value. Nice to see an owner running their restaurant. Good vibes all around!
Hidden Gem.
My Mom and I were looking for a place to eat that we hadn’t tried. We stumbled across Spoonys.
From the moment we parked we felt welcomed.
Rodney, aka “Spoony” and also the owner, greeted us as we stepped out of our vehicle and welcomed us in with a smile, like we were old friends.
The menu had a large variety and was exactly what we were looking for.
I have a natural tendency to judge a place by their chicken...
