I’ve been to Tiger Tea plenty of times, but dealing with Morgan, the manager, was enough to make me never come back. Unprofessional, dismissive, and lacking basic customer service skills — it’s like they forgot their job is to make customers feel welcome, not like they’re an inconvenience. Instead of resolving issues, Morgan made things worse with a rude attitude and zero accountability. If this is the standard of management, Tiger Tea needs a serious change. (This review is specifically towards Morgan the manager) I will be contacting the owner as well about how she talked to me

Out of all of the tea places I’ve tried Tiger Tea will ALWAYS be my favorite. So many selections. I can always find something new there. I love their selection of Asian cookies/snacks next to register for .25 cents. My favorite drink there is probably their most popular, brown sugar tea with tapioca pearls. Friendly staff. Cutest atmosphere. Great job!!!!!

Tiger Tea has the aesthetic to make a great first date, 50th date, or hang out spot for friends, and anything in between. The cotton candy machine is a huge hit with my kids, and their drinks are second to none. It's always super clean, and the staff there are kind and excellent at their craft. I honestly can't give this place high enough praise. If you're on the fence, try it out; you'll love it.

We waited over 1hr and there was only one worker serving over 15 people on a Saturday. She was so polite and positive but very stressed understandably. Manager needs to have some to common sense and increase staffing on busy days.

I stopped in at this location for the first time recently, and unfortunately I was a little disappointed with the service. As someone new to bubble tea and all the different flavors, I approached the front register, deciding to try a simple milk tea, seeing as it was my first time. Another girl got to work making my drink, so I opt to ask the blonde girl at the register a few questions about the flavors. Ignore. I think for a moment, okay maybe she didn't hear me. Let me try again. Ignored again. In fact, she was busy openly on her phone. The girl making my drink came up and helped me. I don't know any names, I wish I'd asked, but that is such an incredibly disrespectful way to treat a paying customer, especially when I hadn't said anything to warrant such behavior. That kind of attitude will turn guests right out the door.

Walked in 30 minutes before close and nobody was in there. Was my first time going there and asked for a bubble waffle and the lady working said she couldn’t make it because they closed in 30 minutes. I’m sure it doesn’t take long to make. Mind you she watched us look at the ice cream and could’ve told me or gave a heads up about it.
