My order was cold and my Ham was burnt and the lady that answered the phone hung up on me and so did the cook and said they don't give refunds back will never be in there again

Waffle House is a fantastic place with good food and great service. The servers are often hilarious and sweet, going above and beyond to make the experience awesome. The atmosphere is awesome, and the overall experience is fantastic.
Carly and the rest of the servers welcome guests right from the moment they enter. Customers love sitting at the counter and watching the kitchen at work. The breakfast is delicious and filling. The cook, Elishia, is praised for cooking the best food at any Waffle House. Cody, another excellent cook, is known for his perfect hash browns - crisp on the outside, tender on the inside.
The servers are almost always friendly, and the restaurant is one of the customers' favorite places to eat.
