First lady over speaker was horrible, even my autistic 19 yr old granddaughter noticed , then picked up food which was barely hot, the lady still messed up order in drive thru so still had to wait. This type food is horrible cold.

Got my food pretty fast. I do not usually buy from Wendy's so I was nicely surprised when the food and drinks came back so good and it was for a pretty good price. Also it was very quiet and clean so I dined in even though I do not usually do so.

Buger was black. Chili had zero meat and tons of uncooked beans. Chicken nuggets cooked so hard .my husban and I both couldn't eat our meals. Called day manager she said they been having problems with night shift. Never offered to replace my food or money. Why do we pay the price for wendys poor nightshift quality..... they stole our money and the dog wouldn't eat the food. There's zero excuse for this. Close down if u dont have proper help. We are furious over this type of taking our hard earned money and giving us left over lunch food at 6pm. DO NOT USE THIS WENDY'S on 25th street cleveland

DAWN was Incredibly rude. For no reason! She needs to check her attitude. If she doesn't like her job she needs to get a new one! She was very rude to everyone including her peers. Belittling them. I'll let it slide this first time but not again. I'm not having it. JEAN in the the otherhand was super helpful and friendly!
