Decent chicken wings but a little pricey. I don't think they realize they are just another wing place. A little bit of attitude that they are the best but not.

Did a mobile order for just fries with extra seasoning. I watched the guy preparing the food in the back PICK HIS NOSE and then toss the fries and grab them to put them in the little paper container and then in the bag WITH NO GLOVES AT ANY POINT!!!!!!! When it was my turn at the counter, the girl at the counter was digging in her nose as well when she asked how she could help me! Per the “manager” the VP of WINGSTOP doesn’t require them to wear gloves????????? I asked for a refund and she said she’d “have to figure out how to do that”

I’ve never left a legit review. But this one is well deserved. I seen the terrible ones here and was hesitant to eat at this location. Ordered online and it was done in 10 minutes. Food was amazing. Hot crispy wings seasoned wonderfully and fries. Ranch was cold. Corn was perfect as ever. The girl with the bandana on was cooking and she needs a raise because she’s probably saved this place.

They don’t care anything about getting your order done within 15 mins minutes of promise time. We really like the food. The people here don’t care about customer service. They mess up all of the time and very seldom do they get it right. It’s obvious because I have followed the reviews since they opened and they are awful, and they’ve never responded to any negative reviews. That is terrible management. It’s not getting better.
Edit: New GM has saved this place. Food is awesome. They care about getting it right and treating you right.

Wow if wingstop corporate can read this yall really should send someone to check on this location this is not at all how a business should be ran …yall are losing major money. Need to clean house and start over in your employees these are not the people that should be working with the public in any entity. They turn customers away just because they don’t want to run the cash register and the long list goes on of what else is wrong there. I don’t expect something ran like that to last long.

oky the new general manager i forget his name some one give this man his hundred!!! it this you see this i love you boo boo!! this shit so gas. cajun seasoning on the fries and HE REQUESTED IT! 10 peice half hawaiian half garlic parm im finna irish jig right here. the restaurant was clean i didnt wait the whole atlantic ocean and back. anyway general manager is my spirit animal if you see him tell him i said hey. 10 outa 9!

The people working in the cleveland restaurant, are the rudest people i’ve experienced. The girl at the register was rude when I came in early to pick up my food (i knew that i was early and that it probably wasn’t ready). She then goes to give me an ugly face and says, “well it’s not ready!!”. i said that i understood. She follows up with, “we are waiting on fries”. As i stand there, she VISIBLY puts the bag i see with my name, to the side. She puts together about 3 other orders before grabbing my bag. She puts the fries in the bag, so I step up to the counter where she walks off. She stood at the back of the kitchen for approximately five minutes before walking back up to the register and drops my bag down on the counter, and says, “there.”
