My father and I decided to stop in for breakfast because we’ve heard good things about their restaurant inside. Unless you are a regular, you probably won’t get good friendly service. We were not greeted when we walked in until we walked up and stood in front of the girls cooking for a minute or so. We then were told that they would be right with us to take our orders. Unique experience! Reminded me of my Uncle’s Corner Drug Store in Rogersville.
So while I was on vacation, my Husband wanted to take me out for lunch. We were initially headed to Oneida, Tennessee to have lunch at a deli, however my husband decided to take me to Hoskins drugstore to eat. He knows how much I love historic /old things. We arrived and walked in, I can't lie, it almost brought tears to my eyes with happiness. This place still has the original tables and soda fountain bar.
