This was probably one of the best Pandas I've been to. Was clean and food was spot on. Everyone I was with enjoyed it.

Shout out to the young chef doing a great job during the lunch rush. Counter Staff was very nice. Chow mein needed more cabbage , but everything else was good.

I go to this Panda Express every Friday evening with my group of buddies. They serve quickly, the food portion size is pretty large, and their customer service is excellent. The app glitched out and it bought 2 orders instead of one, and the manager refunded me the other order and made sure I only wanted one.

Quick, fresh, and mostly positive. Cashier wouldn't give me a to go silverware and napkins pack less than a foot from his hand. Irritating to be told to get it from the lobby with my to go order. But the food is fresh!
Got trapped in the drive through for 30 minutes.. orange chicken always slaps, but was it worth it?

They have let their service standards really drop at this Panda. The guy who often takes orders at the drive-through either really hates his job or his life. He might be the rudest restaurant employee I've ever encountered. I used to go here 4 or 5 times per week. I gave it a couple of tries to see if it was a bad day for the guy. It wasn't. He's consistently a jerk. While he's the worst, some of the others aren't great either. Once a culture changes in a business, it can be hard to turn it around. This location seems to not care that there is an infection killing their culture. They also seem to be regularly cutting down the portion sizes. That's a good way to lose business in the U.S. and particularly in the South. Of course, this could just be the jerk that works the drive-through. I'm done with this location and maybe all Pandas. I'm just going to go to real Chinese restaurants.
