They have let their service standards really drop at this Panda. The guy who often takes orders at the drive-through either really hates his job or his life. He might be the rudest restaurant employee I've ever encountered. I used to go here 4 or 5 times per week. I gave it a couple of tries to see if it was a bad day for the guy. It wasn't. He's consistently a jerk. While he's the worst, some of the others aren't great either. Once a culture changes in a business, it can be hard to turn it around. This location seems to not care that there is an infection killing their culture. They also seem to be regularly cutting down the portion sizes. That's a good way to lose business in the U.S. and particularly in the South. Of course, this could just be the jerk that works the drive-through. I'm done with this location and maybe all Pandas. I'm just going to go to real Chinese restaurants.

Every time I go the people at the drive through act like they're so busy even though I'm the only car. Consistently give you the wrong food items. I like Panda Express, but this specific one is horrendous. Avoid it like the plague.

Getting a bowl is perfect with a main course and then splitting the bottom half n half with rice and a veggie side. Great post workout meal. Service was super nice! ❤️

Thanks for the 10 noodles you gave me with my helping of cabbage. Please get legally blonde and her bimbo sqaud off the drive thru line. It’s not hard to scoop noodles. Please get somebody in the store that can. Not the first time I’ve had this exact issue but the first time it pissed me off bad enough to post it. Do better.
