Very clean restaurant with lots of options. The rice was fairly undercooked, so that was a bit disappointing. But, it's an easy grab and eat place while you're on the road that doesn't cost a ton.

Haven’t really been a big fan of PE in the past. This was my first visit to the Ooltewah location and they outdid themselves. I got the Beijing Beef and half fried rice/ half lo mein. All of it was excellent. The girl at the window was so pleasant. You’ll see me next week!

The orange chicken was delicious. I usually don't eat here, but I wanted something different. The associate was courteous and attentive. I was in and out within a few minutes.
