The service at collierville was AMAZING!!! Latoya went above and beyond to take care of me and the kids when their power went down. The burgers were made so quickly and everything tasted amazing!! Thank you so so much Latoya!! We will definitely be back.
We had the greatest experience at Freddy’s in Collierville TN today. The staff was so nice and helpful and my food was delicious! My kids were treated like royalty and the entire operation was intentional and streamlined. Special recognition should go to Sarah Foster for her attitude and desire to help us. The service and wait time at the drive-through is unacceptable. Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger, fries and Diet Coke. Over 10 minutes at the window. I ordered a burger and fries. At Freddy’s. It’s what they do..
I realize that the job market is tough right now, that candidly is this establishment’s problem to figure out, not the customers.
