And everyone loved the crab cakes. By the time I received my shrimp, I was full. But I brought it home for snack time. Soooo good! Made my husband's birthday celebration so great. Oh and that chocolate cake and the cookie...Saaaaalute!“

“Excellant. Had a catfish taco with slaw, wife had a beef taco with guacamole and a burger. Big burger brought half home, food is really good, atmosphere is nice. Nothing fancy just a decent pub with good food.“

“I have been a LONG time patron of Frost Bake Shop, so it was only fitting for my wedding cake to be baked and designed from the best. Our consultation was amazing!!! I want to note that we got married back in May 2019! I purchased a three tier cake with green and blue rosettes with the flavors of carrot cake, snickerdoodle and vanilla. Husband’s groom’s cake was chocolate. Their wasn’t a slice left of that one. But we had a layer of vanilla left so I happily put it in the freezer. So fast forward to today August 8, 2024 and the cake was STILL in the freezer!!! DO NOT JUDGE ME LOL!!!! But I wanted to see how long it would last and if the flavor would still be there. This morning was the day to see!!!!! Y’all THE CAKE WAS STILL GOOD!!!!!!!!!! No I didn’t eat an entire slice but we tasted a sample!!!! I am so beyond amazed!!!!!! This goes to show the freshness of the ingredients and the amount of love that was put into our cake!!! Thank you Laura for an amazing consultation YEARS ago and THANK You Heather for not saying I was crazy!!! Lol!!! Great job Frost Bake Shop!!! See you soon!!! “I want to send a very special thank you the manager on duty this evening (04/22/23) and her staff. My keys were lost and when I tell you they were amazing in helping locate them after a hour of searching!!! They went through the trash, looked under the tables and even went to make sure my car was still outside. Customer service at its best! Guys thank you so very much. We are forever grateful!!“

“Had a wonderful evening last night here and our food was amazing delicious, I had 4 tacos w/brisket while my nephew had tilapia tacos. He had a melon and I had mango drinks. This place was featured on diner and dives, so cool to dine in for my third time visiting from Iowa. They have great Mexican food here and I will for sure return again.“

“Great place to grab a bite to eat with friends. The food was prepared quickly and the staff was very nice. I have only been to one other location but if you've never been here it's like subway but with pizza, choose from a menu or make one from scratch with the toppings of your choice and have it fired up while you wait.“

“Been coming here for years! Never really had any problems aside from young folks working alone in a dangerous city, sometimes disappearing for several tens of minutes into the back, leaving all customers alone. Really great set of workers when i’ve visited.Will be a Menchie’s Customer for life!“

“My wife recently found out she is diabetic, so we have been making diet changes to accommodate that as well as weight loss. We asked for guidance from Tim, he went above and beyond to assist us with our menu selections. He was patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. Great food, great staff, fast service, and Tim. “The food is always great here, no complaints with that. The lighting kind of bothered me however because it was way too bright in there. The ambience would be a little better if the lights were toned down a bit. But other than that I think it’s a great spot to grab a bite to eat with family and friends!“

“Had to write a review for this because they are so awesome for helping me with this favor! So on door dash for some reason the merry prankster isn't and option (not the stores fault it is what it is) but it's my absolute favorite so I decided to call the store and ask if they could help me out in ordering something similar and making it a merry prankster they went above and beyond with my request wrote a note to the pizza makers and made it happen for me. Super ecstatic to have a great crew to help me! 5 stars absolutely earned and deserved! (I'm writing this review not even 5 minutes after getting off the phone was just too cool not to give them some love!)“

“It’s really sad that this location is the only location in Memphis and the service and the food is awful!! My Mom ordered a burger that looked like it was prepared the day before and partially heated to serve yesterday. I sent my order back because someone from the kitchen staff took my food to the wrong table and then tried to bring it to me. It’s apparent that their staff isn’t properly trained; they should know which table to deliver the correct order to. I’ve been patronizing Raffertys for years; however, yesterday was my last dining experience with them. I spoke with a manager; however, her facial expression said, I really don’t care.“
