My daughter and I walked in and weren’t really acknowledged (no, Hi welcome to Tropical Smoothie) which is odd for this business, or at least at their other locations I know this is commonly practiced. While deciding what we wanted I noticed one lady behind the register was digging in her nose. The staff was also so consumed in their own conversation in their own language to actually help us, we looked over a few times to ask questions but they didn’t seem to want to help....read full review

I ordered a Hummus Veggie Wrap and when I got home I discovered there was no hummus on it and it had Pineapple in it! 🤢 I could not eat it. Very disappointed.
