My favorite place to eat, not just in Columbia, but in the entire state! B's is a very unique and wonderfully magical little spot you don't come across often. The food is super high vibe, health conscious, delicious, and prepared with thoughtfulness and love. 3 things: Such a good mocha! Yummy pancake breakfast. And the absolute STAR: the veggie/power bowls. My mom and I are obsessed with these AND the deeeeelicious dressings (my mom is into the ranch which she says is the best ranch she’s ever had - and she’s not even a dressings girl!! - and for me it’s the super tasty creamy cilantro). Amazing amazing everything is delicious here!!! The staff is amazing and friendly. This is one of the best bakeries I have ever been to. My husband and I travel around the US I can easily say this is one of the best we have been to in the US.
