I am writing this to bring the staff's attention to a problem. When ordering on doordash when the store is busy it automatically cancels the order. This happens after payment so I need to wait 3 days from a refund through doordash or use doordash credits. Tonight we planned on going to the location after the order was cancelled but had already spent $70 that wasn't refunded yet.

First and probably last time. Appetizer of pretzel bites showed 20 in the picture on the menu but we only got 11. The fries were over salted, the chicken sandwich was so thin and very tough and stringy, hard to chew and tasted fishy, chicken strips also tough. The burger wasn’t bad. Server was nice. Better than a lot of places in town. Might go back for a burger but not chicken.

We came in Saturday night after the Columbia Christmas Parade with a party of 20+. The service was excellent. They made accommodations for us, our drinks stayed full, the orders came out correct and they were patient with all of the kids that were hyped up on sugar. TVs were everywhere so I was even able to catch some of the games. They have a nice bar that would be great for a drink and wings.
