I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!
One of the worst Hardee's I've ever been to. I walked in. They were mostly dedicated to the drive through. Hash rounds were terribly over cooked. I would have asked them for a replacement serving but the ones they just pulled out were the same. Another customer (drive through customer) came in to get an order corrected (the biscuit was not configured the way he ordered it). They made it right for him though. I will not go back.
Really didn't want to give service and atmosphere a one. A couple of weeks ago, and even visited a few months ago (breakfast). Service was downright nonexistent. I walked in; two ladies were working the front counter and drive-thru. A few (around 8 people) walked in after me. These ladies would look, yet never waited on any of us. I turned around and left.
