I did an online order right at 11am opening for one large pizza. Said it would take 60min. Followed on the tracker and said it was out for delivery for at minimum 25 min. Finally arrived at 12:10 and pizza is cold, cheese is hard and tastes mildly burnt. Very disappointing. it's been quite a while since we ordered and was looking forward to a good lunch.
I ordered Jets pizza today, for the first time.

Ordered carry out, pizza and wings. The first pizza we get home is completely wrong, ordered the BBQ chicken deep dish and got a thin crust pepperoni and jalapeño. The wings were heated after they were sauced, so the sauce is burnt. Second pizza that came home was burnt. Never again. Papa Johns has never let me down.
