As a regular customer of McDonald's, I have had the pleasure of interacting with many managers over the years. However, none have left such a lasting impression on me as Emma Fitzgerald.
From the moment I stepped foot in the restaurant, Emma Fitzgerald's warm smile and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome. She takes the time to greet customers personally and ensures that their needs are met.

I go to this McDonald's every morning before work. They are always fast and friendly and have never forgotten anything in my order. The employees in the drive thru are always extremely friendly. Shout out to the sweet lady who always gives me my drink and says "here's your unsweet tea because you're sweet enough". Great customer service especially considering I come at 6:40am.
