I DON'T LIKE PIE...or so i thought. Turns out i only like pies from pie sensations. I don't know what it is but they make the best pecan pie, brownie pies, bro they make a pumpkin cheesecake pie!!! And I don't like cheesecake! But it's actually good! I drive 2 hour round trip for these pies. And the shop is in such a cute square it nice to stop by the other shops and look around.
This is a quaint little shop with quite a bit of character. The thrust of their business seems to be selling complete pies for takeout. However, they did provide a rather large assortment of single slices for those that might like to sit down and enjoy. We stopped in on a Thursday afternoon as it was probably nearing closing time but they. still allowed us to enjoy the pie at our leisure. Pecan is my favorite, so I did enjoy that. It was as good as any I’ve ever eaten where...
I stopped in Columbia to show a visiting friend around and happened upon this fabulous little bakery. We bought a peanut butter pie for dessert for that evening and OMGEEEEE! It was incredible. Silky and light with a chocolate base and just enough whipped cream. I wish they were closer to Florence (but my waist is kinda glad they are not). Definitely recommend and their prices are very reasonable for such great quality.
